What this informational website does not collect, what happens when you email ERA, and whom to contact about privacy.
01Scope
This Privacy Policy describes the limited circumstances in which ERA may receive personal data in connection with this informational website. The relevant Monaco data-protection framework includes Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024.
02No website-form collection
ERA does not operate server-side contact, newsletter, subscription, member-account, analytics or advertising systems on this website. The website itself does not collect or store information entered in its contact or launch-notification forms.
Those forms use a mailto: link only to ask your browser or operating system to open your own email application with a pre-filled draft. Nothing is transmitted to ERA until you review that draft and select Send. There is no newsletter database or newsletter-subscription backend.
03Email correspondence
If you choose to send an email, ERA receives the information contained in that email through the sender’s and ERA’s email services, not through a website-form server. ERA may use that correspondence to respond to your enquiry or record the notification request you made.
04Technical hosting
The website is hosted and technically managed by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Avenue #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States. As with any hosted website, ordinary network requests needed to deliver and secure pages are handled by the hosting infrastructure. This technical operation is separate from the contact and launch-notification forms, which do not submit data to a website backend.
05Handling of correspondence
Email voluntarily sent to ERA is handled as ordinary correspondence, independently of the website. ERA does not sell such correspondence. Questions about a message you have sent, including its correction or deletion where applicable, can be addressed to ERA using the contact details below.
06Your rights
You may exercise any rights available to you under applicable Monaco data-protection law in relation to personal data held by ERA by contacting us using the details below.
07International transfers
Because this website does not collect or store personal data through server-side forms, Articles 97 and 98 of Law No. 1.565 concerning international transfers do not apply to any collection by those forms. If you decide to send an email, its routing and storage depend on the email services used by you and ERA and are separate from the operation of the website forms.
08Cookies
The website does not currently set cookies or use browser storage for visitors, and it uses no analytics or advertising trackers. See the Cookie Policy for the current technical position.
